I thought you were going to post the verse (that your title comes from). But I'll do it for you! Isaiah 55:12 "You will go out in joy and be led forth in peace; the mountains and hills will burst into song before you, and all the trees of the field will clap their hands"
I've asked the same question myself, "ARE the colors more vivid this year?" Or is the space between one autumn and the next part of God's genius to rekindle our wonder at His creation?
I guess the way to answer that would be to take a photo, remember where you stash it, then photograph the identical scene NEXT year and make the comparison.
Last week I posed the same question. Within hours one evening the colors of the trees, especially the gold near the house and drive deepened and were so intense, it was remarkable, but wind and rain the next day brought many down and then subdued the color. It was a short time, but the colors were very bright!
